I did not find them helpful at all. I found a door on their website that I wanted. Called their company and transferred to sales 4 times and left messages. Never a call back. Had to call Human Resources to get a live body to tell they they are still in business and was curtly told they work through dealers. One would think they would have something on website where you could find a dealer. They might make a great door but life is to short to figure out how to buy one.

My safe's lock crapped out after only 7 years. They only support the safes for 5 years. The second they found out the safe was over 5 years they referred me to a locksmith, even though they had the master combination to get me into the safe. Don't buy one of these, get a different brand with a mechanical lock. BAD customer service!!!!!
