Just want to give a shout out to Jim at Industrial Supply. He was helping me at their very busy counter today, and down the way a bit there was a guy that was talking quite loudly, which wasn’t a big deal at first, but then…. when he dropped the F bomb , Jim very politely ask the gentleman to please tone it down a little.
That was impressive to me. I’m not saying that I was offended by the words the guys was using. Fact is, I probably have a much worse potty mouth than this guy does but…. this was definitely not the environment for it.
It was obvious to me that Jim and the other folks behind the counter here take a lot of pride in what they do and where they work, and good customer service is still important to them.
Everyone that was behind the counter greeted at some point during my visit. From the second I walked in, to the second that Jim said Thank you and I left.
You don’t see this kind of service much anymore, and I for one really appreciated it.

Never come here. Unless you’re a huge fan of taking 30 minutes to get into the parking lot (not their fault, the road is complete trash), followed by the slowest and rudest customer service (they will help people around you if they’re buddies, even if you’ve been waiting 20 minutes) only to find out they don’t carry what you need. This is a great way to spend 1.5 hours on a five minute internet buy.

Very nice people but as far as wearing a mask not all of you employees are in compliance. I have no problem wearing a mask everyone should until we get through this virus.

I bought a pair of work boots from nam and was told that they had a 6 month warranty they started falling apart so I took them in within not 6 months and they ship them off to get fixed. Then when I went back they got lost while they were shipped out for repairs and I was told I would be given a discount on a new pair of boots but I would not be able to receive my boots back nor given a pair even though it was within the warranty and they lost them in their shipping to their company. I am disgusted with this customer service as they should have honored their repairs since they lost them.
