Lon and his team are great. We were looking for a reputable installer for an IP intercom and are happy that we found Grid. They provided exemplary customer service. Lon was extremely responsive and helpful from the day he walked the site through the end of the project. He was also patient in explaining what equipment was needed and why, and he also took the time to answer any questions around the entire scope of the project. He was able to schedule the install the same week that the equipment was received. I highly recommend them. It was a consistent positive experience with everyone on the Grid team that we worked with.
