Coating quality has gone way down in the last 5 years. Frame design has changed as well. I'm out over a hundred for a pair of junk! Philips safety products is a joke compared to previous RX-SAFETY.COM purchases. If I was the RX-Safety owner, I would definitely stop using Philips safety products incorporated to distribute my product. This is the worst American company I've seen in a while. Definitely not rated by the BBB

Purchased glasses july 26th 2024, received August 8th 2024. Sent a concern to the company 10 mins after receiving package from postman. Told company glasses were too thick with the highest selection for the thinnest lenses. They eneded up being thicker than my personal glasses which are not as high quality but same prescription and are thinner. I also voiced that frames were too small but main concern was the lens as they were so thick that the nose pads were pushed before the lenses so lenses were resting against the nose digging in the the flesh and making them unusable for a work inviroment. Customer care reached out and said that I could return the glasses and they could redo the frame and lenses but for a 50% off the new lens. I said I will keep the frames I just wanted the lens to be thinned out. They still said it would cost me around 180 more (cost if the lens after the 50%). At this point would prefer a refund and never to use this company ever again. They are a scam in all sense. As long as they spit out a product they can get more money to "redo" bad quality from their end.

I have been arguing with their customer service for 2 months now on requesting that they correct my transitions glasses that do not hardly transition. I ordered dark gray Transitions lenses, and the company thinks they made them correctly (please see picture) of the not dark gray glasses in the sun. The glasses hardly even have a tint. I have ordered the same product from them in the past, and they actually look like sunglasses in the Sun.

Glasses came with small streaks, initially thought it was scratch but turned out to be glue. It came off. This particular design could not handle being worn with hard hat. It eventually cracked on the frame by the lens. Glued the frame back. Still works. The transition shade works well.

Arcade Mode

Like the others said, they are very unreasonable and unwilling to make things right, they don't care about customer satisfaction...
They will just hustle your money and give you horrible quality glasses that you will not want to wear. Please look elsewhere.

Working at Phillips Safety Products in Middlesex was one of the worst experiences of my career. The owner has a terrible attitude and is incredibly rude to employees, creating a toxic work environment.

PTO is practically nonexistent, and the benefits are subpar at best. They promise training but instead throw you into tasks on your first day without any support. It’s frustrating and overwhelming. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere for a job.

I ordered these safety glasses with some trepidation, (do I really need to spend this amount?) I am a retired contractor.

Well I have had them for about an hour, and put them to use. WOW! describes it. For ALL the years using whatever for safety glasses, these are PREMIUM!!
LOVE the GLASS lenses, (haven't had them for years). THe frames are great, they fit awesome and, very comfortable to boot. I like the mesh side screens instead of plastic I have had to deal with.

Over all score? PERFECT!
IF I need a replacement I would buy these again with NO hesitation!
