This company deserves a 5 star review! For being a small dog grooming business I was leery about taking the leap to have a service like this. But the entire process has been worth it! All the way from Troy, sales representative, to Jason, route service representative I have had nothing but an amazing experience!!! The logos are perfect on the floor mats! Along with the towels always smelling fresh and neatly folded ready for use! And cost efficient too! This company even goes as far as having Bryan, key account manager, and Mark, route service manager, stopping into my location to confirm product and service satisfaction. Thank you Unifirst for making this experience possible for Monica’s Mutt Makeover!

Worst company we ever dealt with. He simply wouldn't swap out all the mats (we had like 18) & when confronted he would lie & said he did. We literally put stickers on the bottom of the mats to see which ones he didn't swap out. Getting out of contract early was not an option as Unifirst threatens legal action. We've had a new company for a few years since the Unifirst contract ended and we have had zero problems with them.

Terrible company that can't get anything right.

Imagine all you do is uniforms and you consistently send the wrong sizes, colors and styles. It's been 2 months, I finally got my uniforms and of course the shirts were the wrong color. Another coworker got his uniforms after a couple weeks, but they were the wrong style. He sent them back and what they sent back to him were still the wrong style AND a size too small.
