In a consultation with our attorney regarding a situation with one of our neighbors, our attorney suggested that we have surveillance cameras installed. Having worked with American Security in the past, and having been extremely satisfied with their work, we called American Security to install our surveillance cameras. Craig contacted us right away, came to our house to review our situation, and set up a meeting to determine the best way to position our cameras and install the system. Next, Craig and Tony came to our house and developed a plan to string the camera wires to the electronic system and the monitor. Greg and Brad then installed the cameras, electronics and monitor, and had the system up and running within half a day. They also connected our mobile phones to the system, allowing us to remotely monitor our property. We were extremely pleased with the work of all of the American Security employees. We highly recommend American Security.

This company is the worst. I’m all about supporting small business owners but this company is terrible. They lock you into crazy contracts with there expiring technologies and act like it’s your fault.

All there installers are weird, creepy and rude. One of there installers came into our home with muddy shoes on stomped all over our white carpet.. we asked if he could remove them. And he stared at us so weird it made us both feel uneasy.. I just wanted him out of our house.

Their office ladies can be nasty and not knowledgeable at all. Do yourself a favor get adt or one of the other big boys. Or better yet just one of the out the box security systems. Better service then what they offer by FAR believe me!!

My Internet went down and I lost my remote key pad. I contacted American Security and they promptly sent Sonny Baxter to address my problem. I can not say enough about how he handle my issues. My experience has been very good, with the equipment and personnel of American Security. Whenever I had any problems, which have been few, the service group have been quick to respond and fix it. I recently had a communication problem with the iPhone app, and a service representative stayed on the phone with me to solve the problem. I also had a communication problem, due to a power outage, which was quickly resolved by a service representative coming to my house and replacing the defective component. I would recommend American Service & AV Systems company to anyone needing a security system.

We have just completed building a Condo in Stow and American Security has been a joy to work with in meeting our A/V needs. From the initial phase of rough in wiring during construction , then wall mounting TVs upon move in and finally tuning the entire system, they have provided a World Class product and World Class service. The service technician was always on time, very friendly and explained the system features and operational modes. Calls to customer service were promptly answered by a very friendly agent, not the usual "press 1 for English, 2 for Spanish that is so frequent today. I can not recommend American Security enough for any of your A/V needs.
