We were very pleased with Karina's Jumpers for our 4th of July Tarp Rental along with Chairs and Tables for our block party. Despite a last minute call from us and being very close to the date, they accommodated our order right into one of their busiest weekends. Our patio is custom made and I was happy to find they carry the 10x30 tarp with led light, which many suppliers out here don't. The website makes it super easy to order and once the invoice is paid , follow up is immediate such as stipulated on their site. Pickup next day was quick and easy and the staff was very kind. Overall we had a great experience and will absolutely continue using Karina's Jumpers for all of our future events. Thanks!

Not flexible at all… I simply needed 12 chairs and some table cloths. As a local company I should’ve been an easy customer. Instead they require a $100 min and will not let you rent tablecloths unless you rent their tables. Unless you’re throwing a big party don’t even bother. And their selection seems really mid grade.

Definitely going to rent jumpers from here more ! Originally my party was planned for 9/30/23 but due to weather issues I couldn’t get the jumper for that date and that was fine with me! I asked if I could just have the jumper for Oct 1st. At a different time and they agreed ! They respond at such a fast pace and they’re very lenient! Not too mention the jumper is in such great shape and was so exotic and different! I love love love it !

I was looking into getting a water jumper for easter, their costumer service is not the friendliest. They just wanted me to refer to the website for everything which is fine but when it's a new client you would expect a little more friendliness. All they seem to care about is the money, I told them what jumper i wanted and they just sent me an invoice. They set the time, I couldn't even ask a question, I emailed what time the jumper would run and they canceled my invoice with no reason why. Not professional at all.

This business is unprofessional. I placed an order. I needed a change. I had to reach out over 5 times over the course of 2 weeks. Then the changes were made but a price difference was added to chair covers because I was renting less chairs than chair covers. However, my overall order was much pricier. It is unprofessional to make a price adjustment per unit without informing the customer. Then I opted to decline chair and chair cover all together so they stated they could not process my order. This company is not trustworthy and unprofessional to say the least.

I’m giving them 3 stars because I have rented out a jumper from them. They replied and sent an invoice right away. But recently I tried placing an order but no one has gotten back to me. I called and no one answered. When you fill out the order form it says we will receive an invoice. Haven’t received one, if they are booked they should at least send out an email saying so, but no. I understand it’s a mom and pops shop but if they don’t fulfill last minute booking they shouldn’t have that advertised on their website.

We had a mishap with our pool the night before. I called them up. They sent the price list to my phone and we booked our jumper these guys were great. Same day service on the day of our graduation party. Thank you guys so much for your services your staff was wonderful and the kids had a great time.
