Absolute horrible experience, they stole $10k from me and refused to refund. They missed several appointments to pick my horse up, then failed to load her causing her to miss her flight. Their driver arrived late, alone, and barely attempted to load her before drugging her and abandoning her there. she has never had any issues loading and loaded perfectly for the next company. Bastian assured me she would not miss her flight which was a complete lie. Terrible service and they are completely ignoring me and refusing to come to a resolution or return the nearly $10k I paid them in advance of the flight. Currently discussing litigation with my lawyer because I can’t reach them any other way.

Edited to add: They are claiming they attempted to resolve the issue but all they did was attempt to double the cost of the flight then refuse to refund me for the services they failed to provide.

I had a fantastic experience with EquiiJet. I used them to import my 4YO Hanoverian from North-East Germany to the Southern United States, and they made the process so simple and seamless. Neva and her team are fantastic. This was my first time importing, so I had no idea how this process works. Every question I had was answered within 12 hours (usually within minutes!) and Neva never got irritated when I asked repeat questions or had additional concerns. I got photos of my boy as he arrived in NYC, and photos of him as he journeyed south to me. He arrives in FANTASTIC condition, and has settled in incredibly well. I can’t say enough good things about EquiJet. First of all, Mackenzie is a star! She organized everything from the moment I finalized payment on my girl, to the moment she arrived at my stable. It was a totally painless, stress-free process. They handled all the communication in The Netherlands with the seller, organized the blood tests, the flights…I just am so satisfied with the whole thing. This was my first import, and the way they made the process so easy, I would recommend them to anyone looking for a solid, dependable group of people to trust your horse to. The worst experience ever in my life !!!!
Worst communication, several times failing to keep promises .
Not responding, charging more than agreed. And after promise to pay back nothing, WAITED 6 weeks and still nothing. Tried to contact them 6 times by email, multiple times with what's App and also calling but never did get response or short one with yeah it will come or have clients here no time. Said I would put it online and then Then they treated to sue if I say something bad about their service. I have proof of everything!

Would never recommend this company!
Worked with 2 others and they're where great.
I did it for the horse because he was closer to them but never again. Sorry for the horses but will let them travel longer just not to have this experience again.

Le cheval a été bien transporté mais très mauvais service client !! Il y a eu un problème de double paiement avec un montant payé par facture et le même montant retiré sur ma carte de crédit ! Je l’ai signalé à Bastian dès que je m’en suis rendue compte et cela fait 3 mois que j’attends toujours le remboursement !!
J’ai déjà écrit plusieurs messages, j’espère que celui-ci sera le dernier et que je vais enfin être remboursée du double paiement !
Ce n’est pas une société honnête et respectueuse de ses clients.

This is the 2nd time that we at Peaceful Valley Equestrian Center have trusted the amazing staff at EquiJet to bring our horses safely to us in the USA from Portugal. Bastian and the whole staff go above and beyond to ensure your horse gets from point A to point B. Last night my 15 month old Lusitano filly was on the plane ride from Amsterdam to USA I messaged Bastian to see if her flight had landed, his response was one that I will cherish forever. At 7pm he responded with a link that my family, friends and I could track her LIVE!!! The memories that were made last night were priceless as all of us tracked her flight!! Thank you to everyone at Equijet the care of our horses and the customer services separates you from all the rest!!! We will be EquiJet customers for life!!!! I can not wait to see my beautiful filly on Saturday when she arrives to her forever home.
