We'd been away and returned home to an unwelcome surprise. Our furnace was completely off. It seemed like our gas had leaked out and the motor had been running non-stop and was now broken. I reached out to the service we usually hire, but they told me they couldn't come for three weeks. I checked the local business directory and decided to call another furnace repair service. Andrew came over right away and confirmed that we needed a new furnace unit. We are living in a 1.5 story home with knee wall attics, and it's incredibly comfortable now after having it air sealed and insulated by Comfort Zone Heating & Air Conditioning. The upper floor is no longer sweltering, and we've found ourselves needing to adjust the thermostat to a higher temperature because it can get too cool, which is a pleasant issue to face considering we previously struggled to make it cool enough. The basement doesn't feel chilly anymore and the previously common hot/cold spots in various rooms have disappeared. The team, spearheaded by Paul who inspected the house and formulated the plan, and implemented by Justin, was exceptional. They were consistently present, even during lengthy, scorching days, and made it a point to update me every morning and evening on the progress. Their attention to detail was commendable and they ensured that both the interior and exterior were clean and mess-free. It's remarkable to see such reliable and friendly individuals, especially considering they've been working in a 150-degree attic for days. We couldn't be happier with the air conditioning repair services provided by the team.

i was really pleased with the two technicians (duane last year and justin recently) who were dispatched to look after my heater for routine maintenance. both of them were very polite, well-informed, and meticulous. justin discovered the outdoor compressor for the heater was not functioning, which could have led to a crisis situation during a cold snap. not only did he identify a problem that was just about to happen at the worst possible time, but he also showed me, and it was clear as day. i feel at ease knowing the faulty capacitor has been swapped out. hats off to the company owner for employing young professionals. like my dad always said to me as a kid, there's nothing a man can do that a woman can't do, and even better!

rang up comfort zone heating & air conditioning first thing in the day about my ac issues. lucky for me, i am a member of their comfort club, and they had me booked in less than 4 hours! andrew showed up, and quickly identified the problem, and swiftly repaired it. he even stuck around to ensure the ac was functioning properly. you guys are the tops!
