Good response time. The technician was good at explaining the issue, diagnosing it and the repair was efficient. Not the cheapest option by any means but did not try to upsell me. The technician did tell me that the drain in my bathroom did not work when he bled my boiler, little did I realize after paying more than the other quote I got, that he left my bathroom flooded and filthy. Also put some dirty water in my toilet which I did not discover until the next day. A bit disappointed in the mess that was left considering the premium that this company charged. The picture below is how my bathroom was left.

Jimmy from Golden West diagnosed the issue with our furnace in about 10 minutes. Since it hadn't had scheduled maintenance in forever he also performed their 25 point service. Excellent job, very professional technician. Great price, excellent company. Highly recommend.

Move over Picasso, there's a new artist in town - Felix from Golden West. His medium of choice is copper pipe and PEX. When this plumbing virtuoso walked into my utility room, he didn't just see a janky builder quality install, he saw his canvas, his chance to turn my water situation into a masterpiece of modern infrastructure.

Like a conductor leading an orchestra, he installed every pipe and connection with precision and grace. Where there was once a chaotic jumble of pipes that looked like a game of loosing Tetris, there now stands a water filtration system so elegant it could be displayed at the Museum of Modern Art.

He transformed my utility room from "embarrassing" to "welcome to the Louvre of water filtration." The whole house filter installation is so clean and professional, I've caught myself giving tours to dinner guests. Yes, I'm that old person now – showing off my utility room like it's a prized art collection.

If Michelangelo had been a plumber, this is what he would have aspired to create. 5/5 would hire again!

In 2020 I bought a house built in the 1970s and in the last 2 years all that 50 year old plumbing has failed. I have had Fabian and Luis out in crisis after crisis. Their boss Lou is fantastic. Their work is top notch. I always feel comfortable having them in my house. I will never use another plumber as long as I’m living on the front range.
