My AC stopped cooling and I gave Chris a call after having a negative experience with my previous HVAC company. It took him a few trips, but he took the time to diagnose the problem, explain the issue, and complete a fix.

Had to reschedule 3x, which was rather hard with a job where I have to be in the office. They seem to be short-staffed and don't really given enough notice when things are running behind. Was rather inconvenient to get the job done. When the job was done, it was done well though. Have used this company for three years but considering switching over to someone else.

John was professional and courteous. He found the problem quickly and was able to fix it right away. Didn't try to sell us any unnecessary parts or work. We were more than pleased with the service. We will definitely use them again for any future heating or ac needs. Cheers and thank you!

Chris is now my go-to professional for any heating and ac needs. The gas boiler went out this morning. I spoke to Jennifer who treated me with great customer care. She took care of the details and Chris was at the house later in the afternoon, during a holiday weekend. Reasonable, professional, experienced, and kind. Besides replacing the bad thermo couple, he made adjustments to several parts of the heating system, including the thermostats, to have the entire system run more efficiently. Thank you Jennifer and Chris...you made my day!

Chris is terrific! Reasonable, thorough, and patient with all of my questions. We thought we needed to replace our unit, but it actually needed a minor repair. He also left us with info for what to expect from our aging system down the road, maintenance recommendations, and options of types of systems to consider when the time comes.
