Ordered online and was never sent confirmation or order status. Called after a week to get an update since they already ran my card. Was told they'd have to refund due to warehouse issue. Website still says they have 140 in stock currently. Would have likely waited months if I didn't call. Refund supposed to be done within 24 hours. But I'm not counting on it. Already made the same order through safety vest and more. Immediately sent confirmation.

This place should be reported to the BBB I purchased a pair of FRC coveralls and never received the item. I called and was told they'll call me back with an update now they don't answer the phone. Scam business at its finest.

Placed order Nov.3 was told it would be out first of the following week and would receive an email with tracking info . Called then sent an email first of the week . Was told by someone name Sam the package was not yet shipped and they never answered the email . Was told by some one named Sam the package was shipped Tuesday . I asked for him to send tracking and he never did . Called back Wednesday and some one named Michael informed me the package has not been shipped and is setting on their dock now waiting for ups to pick it up . If you need your order in a short time , this is not the company to be buying from . Product from company I can’t review yet because I haven’t seen it yet . Also for peoples info , the state I live in is right beside of this company’s state . So if you live farther away , you probably will have a while to wait . UPDATE , label wasn’t even created till today . Nov. 9 . This company is not truthful with me . UPDATE : Got an Email from Kim Imbriglio who works for the company . Although this person was not any of the ones I communicated with at first , Kim Imbriglio made it right with me about my order . 5 stars for Kim Imbriglio .

The absolute best for my business. I’ve had a lot of safety supply guys and these people go out of their way to help you with speed of service and meeting expectations within the budget and needs. The owner will personally go out of his way to make sure you are satisfied on a daily basis. Very proactive too. I had a problem I was having within my business and ran it by Dan. He was able to come up with a solution that was going to benefit me and actually hurt him but didn’t mind doing it to take care of a client. It’s not often a supplier will look after you and not #1 priority of money. A great company that you can call the owner if there are problems or issues when bigger national companies would give you the run around. If you don’t know who he is you should if your buying supplies for your company.

This business has a long history of excellent customer service and satisfaction and is able to provide a wide variety of items for your business. It is primarily run by the owners, a husband and wife team, who seek strong relationships with their customers and are often out visiting customers’ work places and assessing their needs. It is not a retail store, but rather a working warehouse for some of their stock items like gloves and glasses. On a side note, the owners strongly believe in giving back to the community and donate their time, talents and treasures to serve children who have been victims of abuse in middle Tennessee. If your business is looking for safety supplies for the first time or you’re considering a new supplier, call Dan and see what he can do for you.

I ordered a jacket for my husband December 16, 2023, and as of today, I have not received it nor have they returned my calls or emails. I spoke with a gentleman January 3, 2024, and he said the reason I haven't received my order is because the manufacturer was out and they are awaiting them to ship more. He stated that I should hear from them with updates and I haven't heard anything from them. They will not answer the phone. I have requested a refund and have not received it.
So, if you're considering this company to order from, please take your business elsewhere. They are so unprofessional on so many levels.
If I wanted to throw my money away, I would have pitched it out of the window. REFUND ME PLEASE!
