Rob was the one to come and do maintenance on my A/C. He was on time, very professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain what he was doing and why. He showed me pictures of my coils and blades that need to be cleaned. Very thorough and courteous. I want him to be the representative to do the recommended work on my unit. Great work.

Wow! Wow! Wow!...from your newest Gold Club member! 4 Seasons came highly recommended from 3 of my neighbors. Thank you for sending your "A-TEAM" Associate Rob E.! Rob E. provided a most thorough and comprehensive inspection then valuable maintenance AND interesting & useful educational info regarding my A/C unit, both inside at the handler and outside at the unit itself; base and drip drain. He documented all findings so that we now have a baseline health report for my A/C. Love this level of detail! He demonstrated what I'll do if my pipes become clogged in the future until 4 Seasons arrives. Rob E. is a sharp professional, the real deal. I'm happy to know that Rob will be providing the same level of A/C TLC going forward. Thanks-a-million!

We called 4 Seasons 24-hour number late Saturday afternoon because our downstairs heat pump had stopped cooling, and got their answering service. Jessica at 4Seasons texted me back within 15 minutes and scheduled us with a Tech for the following morning. On Sunday, their Tech RobE showed up and went to work diagnosing our problem. He was focused and professional and found that the condenser motor was bad. It would work for about 15 minutes before shutting down on thermal overload. On Monday morning 4 Seasons told me they had a replacement motor in stock and sent RobE back that afternoon to install the new motor and got our AC back on. 5 star service all around.

Earlier this week, I was met by the technician from 4 Seasons Air Conditioning and Heating by the name of Francesco. He was very knowledgeable and courteous and got my air conditioning unit working after his evaluation. I will be hiring 4 Seasons to do a maintenance plan on my 3 new units that I had installed and I will request Francesco to be my technician to take care of my account. Also, I asked him to send out one of their sales associates because I'm looking at upgrading to another unit. A gentleman named Dan showed up this morning, took measurements, and will be sending over a quote. Again, very professional and these are the people I want to do business with. I've been in business for over 30 years and I know a good company and people when I see them.

Their installation techs, Malik, Ben & Phil, were professional, communicated well and did an absolutely GREAT job! They were the best!
