After three weeks of waiting, I was told my order would be shipped on Thursday, and that they would see to it personally. Well order still hasn’t shipped, you created a label but as of 12 oclock Saturday, nothing has shipped. Is that what “personally see to it means”? Create a label but not actual ship the product? Disappointing that you would rather play semantics instead of being honest with your customers. Please cancel my order, Thank you and have the day you deserve.

PS No response from Rochelle, who personally guaranteed it would ship or from Brad, who says to email him personally with problems 🙄.

Buyer beware . Purchased pair of gloves a week ago.no email, no confirmation, nothing. No response from the company. They are as good as scammers. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM unless you want your order forgotten or not shipped out. Ordered almost 8 days ago and no email, no response . Currently Disputing with my bank. BUY ELSEWHERE. THEY COULD CARE LESS ABOUT YOU OR YOUR BUSINESS .. BUYER BEWARE!

Since your website won’t put my review of your tracking gloves on it, I’ll do it here.

I want to love these gloves and I’m close, but there’s two flaws. First, the fingers are abnormally long. I had a couple handlers try them on with different hand sizes and they both mentioned that. Second, the finger seams on the sides are not protected enough. Unfortunately, one of them has split open after a month and a half of use. Otherwise, the material on the palm and the webbing between the thumb and index finger is great and durable. Barely saw any wear on that area, but if you run the line through your fingers it’s going to bust that seam because it’s just the normal stretch material.

Update: More finger seams are busting open. I do not recommend these gloves, especially for the price.

Uuuuuuummmm yeah! I understand that there was an upgrade in the wearhouse department so the shipping was a little slower than expected but holy FUTZ!!! my Boy Hatred, got his new dog vest and seriously the quality of this product is a flipping 10/10 HIGHLY recommend! Do yourself a favor and get iiiiiiittttt!!!! Thank you so much! We love our new fitted dog vest! Not only that? But since we had to skimp a little bit on the cost for the plates I cut out some thick leather inserts for some added weight and a little bit of armour and BAM! Hatred LOVES it! Hell I LOVE IT! Once again 5 star and a 10/10 quality!

My first and last order with this company. I ordered a level 3 Mich ballistic helmet on October 21th. I actually called them before I placed the order online to make sure they had them available. Brad was the one that answered the phone. He said he had the item and could have it ordered and shipped out in a week or 2 at the latest. I said okay because the other company i called had this item on back order for a year or more. He said he could take my info over the phone and avoid me having to order online. This guy must have hearing issues or problems concentrating when giving him numeric info because he shipped ONLY the 2 other small items(buck knife and gloves) separately and it got all the way from New York to California, all the way to my postal carrier. He looked at it and said there's no apartment or unit number on this package. So....went right back on the truck all the way back to New York. The only decent thing is that he sort of was right about the wait on the helmet. And when Brad found out he screwed up the order over one missing number on my address he sent out another knife and gloves within a week of the original order coming back. But come to find out that helmet didn't even come from 221B tactical. He basically ordered it from another company in Des Moines, Iowa. I could have ordered it from them myself. And then on top of it all I go on Tactical Pow's website and see the exact same item for $129 while 221B Tactical is STILL selling the exact same item for $347 but I actually paid $457 and got an "extra" buck knife and gladiator gloves to try to make it look like it was "such a deal". This company is a scam. I would highly avoid them. I give everyone one shot and they blew it the very first time and part of this all was done on purpose. I could tell in the sound of Brad's voice that there was something scammy going on. I don't know guilt?

we ordered 2 pairs bakc in December for Christmas never got them till January 15
ww try to cancel but wouldn't accept and kept us waiting to deliver twoce.we ask for refund amd kept saying they're in their way even though we didn't want them anymore and w only got 1 pair instead of 2

Incredible gear at a reasonable price. I’ve been using 221B products such as their gloves and max-dri vest for a few years now. They’re high-quality, reliable, and hold up to wear and tear. This a great brand for law enforcement, military, and anyone else who uses tactical gear. I highly recommend them!
